| 摘 要： | 目的总结导管消融治疗房室折返性心动过速的经验。方法回顾性分析248例经心内电生理检查明确诊断为房室折返性心动过速患者且接受导管射频消融术（RFCA）患者的临床资料。结果248例患者，其中左侧旁路142条，右侧旁路112条。消融总成功率为98．8％。结论导管射频消融术是治疗室上性心动过速的安全、有效方法，手术中注意操作经验的积累，可提高手术成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the experience of radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) for atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT).Methods To retrospectively analyze the data of 248 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation.Results There were 142 left accessory paths and 112 right accessory paths in 248 cases of AVRT.An achievement ratio of 98.8% was obtained.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation(RFCA) is a secure and efficacy treatment method of tachycardia. |
