| 摘 要： | 对取自云南楚雄地区的38例小儿克山病患者红细胞,血浆及头发的锰含量进行了测定,并与35例正常儿童进行对照。结果表明,红细胞、血浆及头发锰含量经对数转换后均呈正态分布,病人红细胞,血浆及头发锰含量分别为1.22μg/g(干),0.16μg/ml及8.76μg/g,正常儿童则为0.59μg/g(干),0.13μg/ml及2.57μg/g。病人红细胞、血浆及头发锰含量均显著高于正常儿童(P<0.001～0.02)。经多元分析表明,红细胞与头发锰含量间有显著的正相关(r=0.3139,P<0.05),发锰含量对多元回归方程贡献最大。 |

| Abstract: | RBC, plasma and hair Mn levels have been measured in 38 children with Keshan disease from the Chuxiong district of Yunan province and were compared with that of 35 healthy children. After logarithmic, transformation, normal distribution of Mn levels of RBC, plasma and hair had been presented. The geometric means of the RBC, plasma and hair Mn content of the patients were 1.22μg/g(dry basis), 0.16μg/ml and 8.76μg/g respectively. In normal subjects, the means of RBC, plasma and hair Mn were found to be 0.59μg/g (dry basis), 0.13μg/ml and 2.57μg/g. The children with Keshan disease had higher Mn levels than controls. (P<0.001-0.02)A positive relationship was observed between the RBC and hair Mn con- tents (r = 0.3139, P<0.05).A multivariable analysis shoved that hair Mn levels had the largest effects on the regressioa equation. |
