| 摘 要： | 多发性硬化是发生于中枢神经系统的由免疫介导的慢性自身免疫性脱髓鞘疾病。本病病因不明,可能与病毒感染和自身免疫功能紊乱等有关。其治疗方案仍不十分成熟,本文将主要从免疫干预治疗、基因治疗、干细胞移植治疗和其他治疗等四个方面对该病的治疗进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Multiple sclerosis is a demyelinating disease affecting central nervous system induced by a chronic autoimmune disorder. Its exactly etiological mechanism remains unknown. Viral infection and autoimmunity functional disorder may be one of the reasons. In this article, we mainly reviewed the progress in the treatment of the disease including immune depressant, gene therapy, transplant therapy of stem cells and other therapies. |
