TST与PPH治疗中重度混合痔临床疗效比较

为比较选择性痔上黏膜切除术（TST）与吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗中重度混合痔的临床疗效，将80例中重度混合痔患者随机分为TST组与PPH组各40例，分别行手术治疗，术后观察两组患者疗效、术后疼痛、术后出血、吻合口狭窄、直肠阴道瘘等并发症情况。结果显示，两组总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但TST组在术后疼痛、术后出血、吻合121狭窄、直肠阴道瘘的发生率方面明显低于PPH组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，TST与PPH治疗中重度混合痔疗效相当，但TST在术后疼痛、术后出血、吻合口狭窄、直肠阴道瘘等并发症方面明显优于PPH。

TST Versus PPH for Moderate or Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

This study was to compare the clinical efficacy of TST and PPH for moderate or severe mixed hemorrhoids,80 cases of moderate or severe mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into TST group and PPH group,40 cases for each group,two groups received surgical treatment respectively.Both groups were observed for clinical efficacy, postoperative pain and bleeding, anastomotic stricture, rectovaginal fistula and other complications.The results showed that both groups showed no significant difference in total effective rate（ P 〉0.05）,however,TST groups had a lower incidence rate of postoperative pain and bleeding,anastomotic stricture,rectovaginal fistula than PPH group（ P〈0.05）.It is concluded that TST and PPH for moderate or severe mixed hemorrhoids are similar in efficacy, but TST group is superior to PPH group in postoperative pain and bleeding,anastomotic stricture and rectovaginal fistula.
