肛管内括约肌切开断端固定术治疗肛裂的临床观察

为探讨原位肛管内括约肌切开断端固定术治疗肛裂的疗效，将70例肛裂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例。治疗组采用原位肛管内括约肌切开断端固定术治疗，对照组采用肛管内括约肌切断术治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及并发症等情况。结果显爪，闪纰患者在术后出血、创口感染率、肛门控制功能等方面比较均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结果表明，原位肛管内括约肌切外断端固定术治疗肛裂具有术后出血少、感染率低、对肛门外形影响小、无损伤性肛门失禁等优点。

Clinical Observation on Internal Sphincterotomy with Broken Ends Fixation in Anal Canal for Anal Fissure

This study was to discuss the clinicat efficacy of internal sphincterotomy with broken ends fixation in anal canal for anal fissure,70 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 35 cases for each group. The former received internal sphincterotomy with broken ends fixation in situ, while the latter underwent only internal sphincterotomy.Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy and complications.The results showed that significant difference was found in postoperative bleeding, the rate of wound infection,and the controlling function of the anus between the two groups（ P 〈0.01）.It is concluded that internal sphincterotomy with broken ends fixation for anal fissure is of less postoperative bleeding,lower infection rate,mild influence on anal appearance and no anal incontinence.
