金马洗剂在痔术后的应用观察

为观察金马洗剂在痔术后的应用效果，将98例痔术后患者分为治疗组50例，对照组48例，治疗组以金马洗剂熏洗坐浴，对照组以1：5000 PP液坐浴，7d为1个疗程，2个疗程后判定疗效并进行统计学分析。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为96．0％，对照组为79．2％，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。治疗组在减轻肛门疼痛、水肿，促进创面愈合方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，金马洗剂用于痔术后熏洗坐浴，能明显减轻术后并发症，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Jinma Lotion Used after Surgery for Hemorrhoids

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Jinma lotion used after surgery for hemorrhoids, 98 cases who underwent the surgery for hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group （ n ：50）and control group（ n ：48）.The former received sitz bath with Jinma lotion, while the latter sitz bath with PP solution（1 ： 5000）.One treatment course lasted 7days,and a statistical analysis was conduc ted after two treatment courses.The results showed that the total effective rate in treatment group（96.0%） was significantly higher than in control group（79.2%）（ P〈0.05）.Treatment group was superior to con- trol group in relieving anal pain,edema and in promoting wound healing（ P〈0.05）.It is concluded that postoperative sitz bath with Jinma lotion for hemorrhoids patients can obviously reduce postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
