排粪造影与临床检查评价便秘患者直肠套叠的临床研究

为比较排粪造影与临床检查对便秘患者直肠套叠的诊断准确性，对123例便秘患者行常规临床检查与排粪造影，比较两种检查方法对直肠套叠的诊断准确性。结果显示，临床检查确定直肠套叠36例，无直肠套叠74例，不确定13例。排粪造影诊断直肠套叠76例，其中I度43例，Ⅱ度19例，Ⅲ度14例；无直肠套叠47例。临床检查确定直肠套叠的36例患者经排粪造影检查证实33例（其中I度10例，Ⅱ度11例，Ⅲ度12例），无直肠套叠3例。结果表明，临床检查对Ⅱ、Ⅲ度直肠套叠的诊断准确率较高，对I度直肠套叠的诊断率较低；排粪造影对直肠套叠的检出率更高，对于临床检查直肠套叠阴性的患者行排粪造影检查是必要的，有助于指导临床制定治疗方案。

Clinical Study on the Evaluating Rectal Intussusception of Constipation Patients by Defecography Vs by Clinical Inspection

This study was to compare the diagnosis accuracy of by defecography and by clinical routine in- spection for rectal intussusception of 123 constipation patients. Compared results showed that clinical in- spection confirmed the 36 cases being of rectal intussusception, 74 without rectal intussusception, rest 13 unknown,while the defecography diagosed 76 cases being of rectal intussusception（included I degree in 43 cases, II degree in 19, Ⅲ degree in 14） and 47 without one;among the clinically confirmed 36 cases 33 had been demonstrated by defecography（included I degree in 10, Ⅱ degree in 11, Ⅲ degree in 12）,rest 3 cases demonstrated without intussusception.Results show that for Ⅱ , Ⅲ degree one clinical inspection has higher diagnosis accuracy, but for Ⅰ degree less accurary; while defecography just has more higher accuracy, therefore,the recessive patients showed by clinical inspection are necessary to be received defecography,so that helpful to teach developing clinical treatment regime.
