| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨股骨远端解剖钢板治疗股骨下段C型骨折的疗效。方法：应用股骨远端解剖钢板治疗股骨下段骨折38例，全部病例进行随访评定效果。结果：38例经4～18个月随访，全部骨性愈合，术后功能恢复按Kolmert评定标准，优良率达89%。结论：股骨远端解剖钢板治疗股骨下段C型骨折具有易解剖复位、固定牢固、方法简单、疗效高。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of steel anatomic plate for type C distal femoral fracture. Methods Thirty-eight cases of type C distal femoral fracture were treated with steel anatomic plate. All were systematically followed up. Results Thirty-eight cases were followed up for 4-8 months and the total results were good. According to Kolmert Curative Effect Evaluation Criterion the excellent rate of the knee function was 89%. Conclusion Steel anatomic plate for type C distal femoral fracture is easy and satisfactory. |
