摘    要:门诊流程及医院服务模式的改变,其目的在于利用信息化技术支持,对整个门诊的就诊流程进行优化组合,减少患者在门诊就诊的环节与时间,降低医患纠纷,力求在医院门诊的医疗秩序、服务质量及就诊时间上得到进一步的提高,从而实现医院以患者为中心的服务理念。

Abstract:On the basis of information technology, the target of changing the flow of the outpatient department and mode of health care is to optimize the flow of the outpatient department, decrease the formalities and save time, and avoid the conflicts between doctors and patients. We expect to improve the medical order, quality of service and efficiency of health care, so that we can establish the philosophy of patient-oriented.
