| 摘 要： | 目的：观察应用长春瑞滨(NVB)、顺铂(DDP)组成NP方案治疗56例晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效和不良反应。方法：NVB25～35mg／m^2,静脉注射,第1、8天;DDP40～50mg／m^2,静脉滴注,第1、2、3天。21天为1周期,连用2～3个周期。结果：完全缓解(CR)5例,部分缓解(PR)21例,无变化(NC)22例,进展(PD)8例。该方案主要毒性反应为白细胞下降,Ⅲ、Ⅳ度白细胞下降为48．2％,但无1例因感染而死亡。结论：采用NP方案治疗晚期NSCLC的有效率较高,不良反应可耐受,可作为临床治疗晚期NSCLC的一线方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the results of combination chemotherapy with vinorelbine(NVB) and cispl-atin(DDP)in patients with advanced non-small lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods: Fifty six cases of advanced NSCLC were treated with NP regimen in this study. Results: Response rate(RR) was observed in 46. 5% of patients,the main toxicity was neutropenia,which was grade III and IV in 48.2% of patients. Conclusion: The combined regimen of NP for treating advanced NSCLC has a high response rate and tolerable side effects . It can be used as the first line regimen for treating advanced NSCLC. |
