| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定妇科十味片中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法：色谱柱为Zorbaxl C18流动相为乙腈-0．085％磷酸溶液（17：83）,检测波长316nm,流速为1．0mL．min-1。结果：阿魏酸进样量在5．032～30．192μg．mL-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998,n=6）。阿魏酸的平均回收率为98．76％,RSD为1．09％（n=6）。结论：本法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为妇科十味片的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of ferulie acid in Fukeshiwei Tablets by HPLC. Method ： HPLC was used Zorbaxl C18 column,mobile phase was composed of Acetonitrile-0.085%H3PO4（17 ： 83）,The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 with detection wavelength at 316nm.Result ： The linear range of ferulic acid was from 5.032 - 30.192 μg.mL-1 （ r =0.9998,n=6）.The average recoverery was 98.76%,and RSD was 1.09%（n=6） Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate and suitable.It can be used For the quality control of Fukeshiwei Tablets. |
