| 摘 要： | 目的：分析异位妊娠误诊的主要原因以及降低异位妊娠误诊率的方法。方法：对我院异位妊娠误诊的24例病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果：24例异位妊娠患者误诊为宫内妊娠13例,误诊为急腹症3例,误诊为外科疾病4例,误诊为内科急性肠胃炎4例。结论：客观、仔细、全面的分析判断病情,掌握科学的临床思维方法,才能将异位妊娠的误诊降低到最低水平。

| Abstract: | Objective：To analyze the main causes of misdiagnosis of heterotopic pregnancy and misdiagnosed rate of ectopic pregnancy how to re- duce. Methods：24 ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed cases were retrospectively analyzed. Result： 24 cases of patients with ectopic pregnancy misdiag- nosed as intrauterine pregnancy in 13 cases,misdiagnosed as acute abdomen in 3 cases,misdiagnosed surgical diseases in 4 cases,and misdiagnosed as acute gastroenteritis internal medicine in 4 cases. Conclusion：An objective, careful, comprehensive analysis and judgment condition, master scientific clinical thinking method, can he ectopie pregnancy misdiagnosed is reduced to the lowest level. |
