中药配合针灸治疗周围性面瘫120例的临床观察

摘要：目的：探讨中药配合针灸疗法综合治疗周围性面瘫的临床方法。方法：2008年1月至2011年5月我院共收治了120例周围性面瘫患者,并对其进行随机的分组,分为对照组和治疗组,对照组选择单独的中药治疗方法,治疗组选择中药配合针灸疗法进行治疗,观察并分析其疗效。结果：时照组的有效率为58．3％,治疗组的有效率迭91．67％,治疗组的有效率明显高于照组。结论：中药配合针灸对周围性面瘫进行治疗,具有良好的临床疗效,患者及其家属也易于接受,值得在临床上的进一步推广和运用。

Chinese medicine with the clinical observation of 120 cases of acupuncture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

Abstract：Objective： Explore Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy with comprehensive treatment of the clinical method around facial paralysis. Methods：In January 2008 to May 2011 of the 120 cases were our peripheral facial paralysis patients,and carries on the random in group,divided into the treatment group and control group and control group in choice of traditional Chinese medicine therapy alone,the treatment group choose Chinese acupuncture therapy with treatment,observation and analysis its curative effect. Resnlt; The control group of the effective rate was 58.3% ,the rate was 91.67% in treatment group,the treatment group was higher than the efficient as group. Conclusion;Traditional Chinese medicine with acupunc- ture treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, with good clinical curative effect, the patient and family also easy to accept, is worth in the further expan- sion of clinical and use.
