阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗胃溃疡的效果研究

目的：探讨阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素在胃溃疡治疗中的效果，为其治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法：选取2008年1月～2009年8月于我院进行治疗的96例胃溃疡患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑组）48例和观察组（阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素组）48例，将两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生率及患者满意率进行比较分析。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05），观察组与对照组的不良反应总发生率间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而观察组患者满意率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：在胃溃疡的治疗中，采用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素的治疗方案效果佳，安全性较高，且患者的满意率也较高．因此较为可取。

The study of the effect of Amoxicillin, Omeprazole and Clarithromycin in the patients with gastric ulcer

Objective： To study the effect of Amoxicillin, Omeprazole and Clarithromycin in the patients with gastric ulcer in order to provide evidence for selection of the treatment. Methods： 96 patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from January 2008 to August 2009 were selected as research object, then were divided into control group （Omeprazole and Clarithromycin group） 48 cases and observation group （Amoxicillin, Omeprazole and Clarithromycin group） 48 cases. Then the effect, incidence of adverse reaction and satisfaction rate of the two groups were analyzed,and the results were compared. Results ：The effect of observation group were better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference on the incidence of incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The satisfaction rate of observation group were higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Amoxicillin,Omeprazole and Clarithromycin in the patients with gastric ulcer is better, safety, the satisfaction rate is higher, and it is worthy of further study.
