| 摘 要： | 脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]是一种独立的脂蛋白,与低密度脂蛋白(LDL)类似,其特殊处在于含有一种多态性糖蛋白——载脂蛋白(a)[Apo(a)]。Lp(a)升高是动脉硬化的独立危险因子之一,与缺血性心脑疾患关系密切。近年来的研究发现,除了心脑系统疾病,Lp(a)与临床上的许多疾病有关,包括肾脏疾病,它已成为辅助诊断肾脏疾病、监测肾脏病情及疗效观察的重要指标之一。本文主要将Lp(a)的特点及其在肾脏病方面的研究进行综述。

| Abstract: | Lipoprotein(a) is a independent LDL-like lipoprotein having a kind of polymorphic glycoprotein-apolipoprotein(Apo(a)) as its speciality.Increased level of Lp(a)is the independent risk factor of arteriosclerosis and closely related to ischemic heart and brain diseases.Recent studys showed that this protein is related to many clinical diseases including kidney disease besides heart and brain systemic disease,which has become the important index in auxiliary diagnosis of kidney disease,detection of renal pathogenetic condition and efficacy observation.This article reviews Lp(a) about its characteristics and related study in kidney. |
