| 摘 要： | 本文报告经纤维胃镜和活检确诊为消化性溃疡2698例,其中,十二指肠溃疡1456例,胃溃疡1096例,二者之比为1.32:1,小于一般比例;即胃溃疡相对较多些,是由于胃镜能发现微小与浅表溃疡所致。本组溃疡好发部位符合粘膜屏障学说。指出巨大溃疡应与霉菌性溃疡鉴别。 |

| Abstract: | Two thousand six hunderd and ninety-eight cases of peptic ulcer dia- gnosed by fibrogastroscopy and biopsy were reported. Of them, 1456 cases were duodenal ulcers and the others were gastrics ulcers. the ratio of duo- denal and gastric ulcers. is 1.32:1. That shows the gastric ulcers of this group were higher than that of diagnosed clinically. This may be due to that the fibrogastroscopy can detect the smaller and more superfacial ulce- rs. The localation of the ulcers discovered are in keeping with the theory of mucous membrane barrier. We have pointed out the larger ulcer should be differented from mycostic ulcer. |
