中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病40例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,对照组单纯用西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加服益气养阴活血汤(处方:黄芪、山药、西洋参、丹参、茯苓、三七、葛根),治疗2个月。结果:治疗组显效16例,有效19例,无效5例,总有效率87·5%;对照组显效8例,有效16例,无效16例,总有效率60%,2组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0·05)。结论:中西医结合治疗2型糖尿病有一定疗效。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of the Treatment of 40 Diabetes Patients (Ⅱ) with the Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the effectiveness of the treatment of 40 treatment of 40 diabetes patients(II) with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine. Methods: 80 diabetes patients were divided into one test group with 40 patients and one control group with 40 patients at random sample separately. The control group was only treated with western medicine while the test group was additionally treated with decoction of reinforcing qi and replenishing yin and blood besides the treatment of western medicine. The treatment test lasted two months. Results: In the test group, 16 patients showed obvious effectiveness, 19 patients improvement and 16 patients failure and the rate of total effectiveness was 87.5%. In the control group, 8 patients showed obvious effectiveness, 16 patients improvement and 5 patients failure and the rate of total effectiveness was 60%. The comparison of the rate of the total effectiveness of the two groups showed that the treatment of the test group is superior to that of the control group. The difference showed significance (P<0.05) Conclusion: The treatment of diabetes patients (II) with the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine has certain effectiveness.
