| 摘 要： | 目的:用空灌整复治疗小儿常见病肠套叠,分析病因和常见类型,总结整复方法和经验,提高成功率.材料与方法:对203例小儿肠套叠病例用自动灌肠机进行空气灌肠整复.结果:成功整复176例,成功率86.70％；穿孔 1例.结论:在透视下用自动灌肠机行空气灌肠整复肠套叠具有操作简单、创伤小,且可避免手术所致的各项并发症的绝对优势. |
