国内文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症不良反应的Meta分析

目的：评价文拉法辛和阿米替林治疗抑郁症的不良反应。方法：应用Cochrane系统评价方法,检索中国知网和万方数据库,采用RevMan4.2进行分析。结果：共纳入17篇研究文献。在纳入研究的1730人次的不良反应中,文拉法辛共有565人次（32.66%）,阿米替林共有1165人次（67.34%）的不良反应。Meta分析发现在口干、头痛头晕、视力模糊、便秘、震颤、乏力、性功能障碍等不良反应,阿米替林的发生率明显高于文拉法辛,具有统计学差异。在嗜睡、心动过速、失眠、恶心呕吐、食欲减退、体重增加、肝功能异常、心电图异常、心悸等不良反应,文拉法辛的不良反应发生率与阿米替林不良反应发生率之间,无统计学差异。结论：在治疗抑郁症时,文拉法辛和阿米替林的产生的不良反应有明显不同。

Meta-analysis of Adverse Reaction of Venlafaxine and Amitriptyline in the Treatment of Depression in China

Objective： To study the difference in adverse reaction between venlafaxine and amitriptyline. Methods： CNKI and Wanfang data were searched. Evidence-based medicine research methods were applied and statistical analysis soft-ware Revman 4.2 was used. Results： Seventeen comparative studies of venlafaxine and amitriptyline in the treatment of depression were analyzed. The incidences of dry mouth, headache and dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, fremitus, asthenia, sexual disorder in venlafaxine group were significantly lower than those in amitriptyline group, but the incidences of sleepiness, pyknocardia, ahypnosis, nausea, losing appetite, weight gaining, hepatic dysfunction, electrocardiogram abnormity, cardiopalmus were not signifinicantly different between two groups. Conclusion：The adverse reaction of venlafaxine and amitriptyline for treating dpression are different, venlafaxine is better than amitriptyline.
