应激大鼠不同脑区Ca~(2+)-ATPase和GSH-px活性的变化

摘    要:利用捆扎大鼠四肢固定头部后淹水制成应激模型,观察大鼠在应激时不同脑区Ca2+-ATPase和GSH-px活性的改变。结果显示Ca2+-ATPase和GSH-px活性都有显著增加,Ca2+-ATPase活性增加高峰的出现在丘脑、下丘脑(1h)先于大脑皮层和海马(2h),而GSH-px活性的增加,大脑皮层与海马较之丘脑、下丘脑更为显著和持久。提示,在应激状态下,清除自由基的能力和清除细胞内Ca2+的能力都有所增加。

Abstract:Using the stress model of bound and soaked rat,we observed the changes of Ca2 -ATPase and GSH-px activity in different regions of rat brain. The results showed that the activity of Ca12 -ATPase and GSH-px increased remarkably;the activity of Ca2 -ATPase increased in thalamus and hypothalamus(1h) before hippocampus and cerebral cort x(2h);the activity of GSH-px increased more remarkably and lastingly in hippocampus and cerebral cortex than in thalamns and hypothalamus. This indicates the action of free radical-clearing and calcium-clearing was enhanced in the rats under stress.
