荨麻疹是一种常见的皮肤黏膜过敏性疾患。由于青海位于高寒地区，具有多风、寒冷的特点，故又以寒冷性荨麻疹多见。笔者应用中西医结合治疗本病45例，取得较好疗效，报道如下。
