血液滤过治疗重症胰腺炎的研究进展

血液滤过技术在重症胰腺炎中的应用已经得到了广泛的认可,大量的实验研究及临床研究证实,血液滤过(HF)能有效清除急性胰腺炎时过多的细胞因子,稳定内环境,阻断全身炎性反应综合征,防治多器官功能不全综合征等严重并发症,可以达到预防和治疗急性胰腺炎的目的。但目前HF的机制尚未完全明确,HF的方式、持续时间等多方面还存在一定争议。

The Research Development of Hemofiltration for Severe Acute Pancrea titis

The application of HF(hemofiltration)has been widely recognized in severe acute pancreatitis.A large number of experimental and clinical research has shown that HF can effectively clear the excessive cytokines of blood,stable environment,block systemic inflammatory response syndrome,prevente and treat severe complications such as multiple organ dysfunction syndrome etal.Prevention and treatment can achieve the purpose of acute pancreatitis.But the pathogenesis of HF have not been completely clear.And there are much controversy on the way of HF,duration of HF and so on.
