一次性电击对大鼠脑内微量元素的影响

摘    要:
目的 观察一次性电击对大鼠脑内微元素的影响。方法 用SD雌性成年大鼠 2 0只 ,随机分为实验组和对照组各 10只。经一次性电击后 ,用原子吸收分光光度计 (日本津岛 )分别测定了两组大鼠大脑皮质感觉运动区和海马CA3 区的微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe和轻金属Mg的含量。结果 在大脑皮质感觉运动区 ,两组大鼠的诸元素含量无显著变化 ;在海马CA3 区 ,两组大鼠的微量元素Zn、Cu、Fe的含量也无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但轻金属Mg的含量却发生了显著的变化 ,表现为对照组明显高于实验组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 一次性电击可显著性改变对照组大鼠海马CA3 区Mg的含量。

Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of one-trial electric shock on the trace element in the rat brain. Methods Twenty rats were divided randomly into experiment and control groups. After one-trial electric shock, with the instrument of atomic absorbed and divided light, the quantity of Zinc, Cu, Fe and Mg havd been quantitatively analyzed in CA 3 area of hippocampus and sensorimotor area of cortex. Results in sensorimotor area of cortex, there were no significant changes abote trace elements in two groups rats (P>0.05); In CA3 area of hippocampus, there weren't significant changes above Zinc, Cu and Fe trace elements in two groups rats too, but there was significantly changes about the quantity of light metal Mg, that is to say, the quantity of Mg in control group rats was significantly higher than that in experiment group rats (P<0.05). Conclusion In CA3 area of hippocampus, one-trial electric shock can change the quantity of Mg in control group rats.
