低分子肝素钙和阿托伐他汀联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床研究

目的观察低分子肝素钙和阿托伐他汀联用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法不稳定型心绞痛患者86例随机分为对照组（44例），均采用常规治疗；观察组（42例）给予低分子肝素钙5000IU q12h皮下注射，连用7d，合用阿托伐他汀20mg每晚睡前服用，连用14d．观察心脏事件发生以及服药前后血脂、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、C反应蛋白（CRP）的变化。结果观察组无一例进展为急性心肌梗死或死亡，未发现严重出血现象及其它副作用，总有效率92．8％；对照组3例进展为急性心肌梗死（AMI），总有效率70．4％。两组比较差异有显著性结论低分子肝素钙和阿托伐他汀联用可减少不稳定型心绞痛复发性缺血事件发生，安全有效。

Clinical study of low molecular weight heparin and atorvastatin on patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical effect and side-effect of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) and atorvastatin on patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods 86 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into LMWH group(n=44)and control group(n=42) randomly. The two groups were given traditional therapy as usual,and LMWH group received additional LMWH (5000IU per 12h for 7days by hypodermic injection) and atorvastatin (20mg was taken orally before sleeping for 14 days). The levels of blood lipid, C-reaction proterin (CRP) and fibrinogen (FIB) were measured before and after treatment. Cardiac events were recorded after admission. Results There was no acute myocardial infarction or death in LMWH group. Total effective rate was 92.8%. But in control group, 3 cases developed into acute myocardial infarction. Total effective rate was 70.4%. The difference of Lipid, CRP and FIB between two groups was significant. Conclusion LMWH and atorvastatin combined can reduce significantly the recurrent ischemic events in the UAP. It is an effective and safe method .
