| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨老年慢性硬膜下血肿手术治疗临床应用及体会。方法：对我院2000年6月至2009年9月，实施硬膜下血肿外科手术治疗34例进行回顾分析。28例行钻孔引流术，6例行小骨窗开颅血肿及包膜清除术。结果：全组无死亡病例。25例临床症状消失。6例肢体偏瘫。3例智力、精神异常。结论：手术是最佳的治疗方法，及时手术的患者大多预后良好。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical value and experience of the Surgical treatment of Chronic subdural hematoma. Methods： Reviewed clinical data of 34 patients with the Surgical treatment of CSDH between June 2000- September 2009 . Results： The whole group of cases were compleleted satisfactoring , 25 cases of Clinical symptoms disappeared .6 cases of Hemiplegia . 3 cases of Intelligence, mental disorders. Conclusions：Surgery is the best treatment, Most of timely surgery patients with good prognosis. |
