| 摘 要： | 运用免疫组化和流式细胞计技术，检测45例膀胱癌病理蜡块的P53声达状况及细胞周期、DNA含量等指标。结果显示：P53总阳性率为48．9％（22／45），在浸润型、低分化膀胱癌及非整倍体、高S期细胞百分比（SP）、高细胞增殖指数（PI）肿瘤中有较高表达，并有统计学意义。提示P53过度表达是腿肌癌一种可供选择的客观预后指标。 |

| Abstract: | Overexpression of P53 oncoprotein was studied by immunohistochemistry, cellular cycle and DNA content by flow cytometry in 45 paraffin - embeded bladder cancer cases. The total P53 positive rate was 48. 9%(22/45), and statistically higher in infiltraive type,poor differntiation aneuploidy, high - SPF and high-PI cases. The present results suggested that immunohistochemical overexpresson of P53 to a certain extent, reflect the wicked biological behaviour of tumour, and may be a valuable prognostic marker for urinary bladder cancer. |
