结肠癌的诊断及CT表现

目的：探讨ＣＴ对结肠癌的诊断价值及ＣＴ表现。方法：收集１９８６～１９９８年经纤维结肠镜或／和手术病理证实为结肠癌的２８例病例进行ＣＴ回顾性分析。结果：ＣＴ显示肿瘤部位准确率为１００％，ＣＴ分期与手术分期符合率为９０％，ＣＴ可见癌变部位肠壁增厚、僵硬、浆膜面毛糙、肠腔狭窄，肿块较大时其内还可检出小气泡或／和液体，Ⅲ期以上结肠癌尚有邻近器官侵犯、淋巴结肿大及肝转移。结论：ＣＴ在结肠癌的诊断中占有重要地位，它能发现和显示病变，确定病变侵犯范围及转移情况，对确定肿瘤术前分期，选择治疗方法及判定预后起着重要作用。

Diagnosis and CT Manifestations of Colon Carcinoma

Objective:To explore CT diagnostic value and CT manifestations of colon carcinoma.Methods:CT images were reviewed retrospectively in 28 cases of colon carcinoma confirmed by colon fibroscopy,surgery and pathology from 1986 to 1988.Results:The accurate rate of tumors location showed by CT was 100%.The rate of CT staging accorded with surgical staging was 90%.The thickness and stiff of colon wall,coarse of plasma membrane and stenosis of colon were appeared on CT.Small air bubble and liquid could be seen in large masses.The abjacent organs involved,lymphoid node swelling and hepatic metastasis could be seen in the colon carcinoma beyond staging 3.Conclusion:CT has been playing an important role in diagnosing colon carcinoma.It can find lesions define the infiltrating range of the lesions and metastasis.It also plays an important role in defining tumors staging before operation,selecting therapeutic plans and judging prognosis.
