铅锌矿矿工工作有关疾病的调查

目的探讨铅锌矿矿工有关疾病的患病情况。方法对湖南省岳阳市桃林铅锌矿进行卫生学和基本情况调查,对矿工进行职业史、既往史、现病史调查,胸片、肺功能、心电图检查和常规内科检查,与对照组进行患病率比较。结果矿工慢性支气管炎、慢性鼻炎、关节炎、慢性胃炎、心电图异常、腰背痛、消化性溃疡、高血压、肺气肿患病率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0·05或P<0·01)。结论矿工工作有关疾病患病率高,应制定相应预防对策,保护矿工身体健康。

Investigation of Occupational Diseases among Lead and Zinc Miners

Objective]To explore the morbidity of occupational diseases among the lead and zinc miners.Methods]Hygienic and basic investigation were carried out among the lead and zinc miners on their occupational history,anamnesis,disease history,chest x-ray,lung function,electrocardiogram and regular checkup;the morbidity was compared with that of the control.Results]The prevalence rates of chronic bronchitis,chronic rhinitis,arthritis,chronic gastritis,cardiogram abnormity,backache,digestive ulcer,hypertension and emphysema in the case group were proved to be significantly different from that of the control(P<0.05;P<0.01).Conclusion]The prevalence of occupational diseases among the miners is quite high;relevant preventive countermeasures should be taken to protect the miners' physical health.
