| 摘 要： | 报道了用高效液相色谱法测定皮炎平软膏含量，操作方便。色谱条件：色谱柱用十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂；检测波长为２４０ｎｍ；流动相为甲醇－水（７０：３０），进样１０ｕｌ，采用外标法。理论塔板数按醋酸地塞采松峰计算不低于１５００。当醋酸地塞米松浓度在９～４０ｕｇ／ｍｌ时，浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系，ｒ＝０．９９９９，回收率及ＲＳＤ分别为１００．８％，０．２１％。

| Abstract: | A HPLC method was used to determine dexamethasone acetate in Piyanping oint-ment.Chromatographic conditions included column ODS-C18,detector UV, 240nm; mobile phase,methanol-water( 70 : 30 ),injecting volume l0ul,external standard.The nurnber of theoreticalplates calculated by dexamethasone acetate peak was no less than 1500.The standard curve waslinear in the concentration range of 9～40ug/ml and correlation coefficient was 0. 9999. The aver-age recovery and the relative standard deviation were 100.8%and ±0. 21%,respectively. |
