银翘散加减治疗儿童手足口病的研究

目的观察银翘散加减治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法将60例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组单用病毒唑治疗,治疗组采用银翘散加减与病毒唑联合治疗,观察患者疗效和血清心肌酶变化。结果①治疗组比对照组病程短,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②治疗前2组患儿心肌酶测定结果比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。③经治疗3 d后,2组患儿心肌酶均有改善,但治疗组恢复程度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论银翘散加减可缩短手足口病患儿病程,改善心肌损害。

Study of Yinqiao San increase and decrease on children hand-foot-mouth disease

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Yinqiao San increase and decrease on children hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods 60 cases of children hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Control group was treated with ribavirin only.Treatment group was treated with Yinqiao San increase and decrease united with ribavirin.The curative effect and the changes of serum myocardial enzymes in the patients were observed.Results ①The disease course in treatment group was shorter than that in control group and there was significant difference(P<0.05).②There was no significant difference on the mensuration results of serum myocardial enzymes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).③After treatment for three days,the serum myocardial enzymes in the two groups both improved,but the recovery degree in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yinqiao San increase and decrease can shorten the disease course of children hand-foot-mouth disease and improve cardiac damage.
