经电切镜外鞘气压弹道治疗前列腺增生所致膀胱结石(附16例报告)

目的 探讨经电切镜外鞘气压弹道治疗前列腺增生所致膀胱结石的有效方法。方法 经电切镜外鞘置入榆尿管镜或肾镜，气压弹道将膀胱结石击碎取出。结果 16例均顺利一次性将结石取尽。术中、术后无大出血、膀胱穿孔和水中毒等并发症。术后随访6个月，未见结石复发，无尿道狭窄。结论 经电切镜外鞘气压弹道碎石是治疗前列腺增生所致膀胱结石安全、有效的方法。

Pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy via out sheath of resectoscope in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi(report of 16 cases)

[Objective] To investigate effective method of Pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder calculi. [Methods] A ureteroscope or nephrosope was inserted into the bladder via out sheath of resectoscope. Then pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy was performed under endoscope to fragment and remove stone. [Results] Stones were removed from the bladderon one session in 16 cases. No major haemorrhage, perfora- tion, water intoxication happened interopertion or postopration. Follow up for 6 months in the 16 cases showed no recurrence of caluli and urethral stricture. [Conclusion] Pneumatic baUistic lithotripsy via out sheath of resecto- scope is effective and safe in the treatment of bladder calculi.
