基于表告依春含量及HPLC指纹图谱检测的不同产地板蓝根药材质量评价

目的:评价不同产地板蓝根药材的质量差异。方法:采用HpLC法对20批不同产地板蓝根药材建立化学指纹图谱并测定表告依春含量;以指纹图谱相似度和表告依春含量为指标,运用SPSS软件进行聚类分析。结果:建立的指纹图谱精密度、重复性、稳定性好,不同产地样品指纹图谱相似度范围为0.851～0.991,表告依春的质量分数为0.005%～0.068%;聚类分析结果表明,不同产地板蓝根的表告依春含量及化学指纹图谱不尽相同,化学成分差异与产地有一定相关性,同一产区板蓝根化学质量相对稳定,但也有个别存在较大质量差异。结论:综合化学指纹图谱分析及表告依春含量检测的方法,能从定性和定量两方面反映药材的化学成分信息,可为板蓝根药材质量控制与评价提供参考。

QUALITY EVALUATION OF ISATIDIS RADIX FROM DIFFERENT GROWING AREAS BY CONTENT OF EPIGOITRIN ANDHPLC FINGERPRINT

Objective:To evaluate the quality of Isatidis Radix from different habitats.Methods:The chemical fingerprint of 20 batches of Radix Isatidis from different places of origin was established and the content of epigoitrin was determined by HPLC.The clustering analysis was carried out by SPSS software according to the similarity of HPLC fingerprint and the content of epigoitrin.Results:The fingerprint of HPLC had desirable precision, reproducibility,and stability.The similarity range of HPLC fingerprints of Isatidis Radix from various habitats was 0.851～0.989 and the content range of epigoitrin was 0.005%~0.068%.The result of clustering analysis showed that the content of epigoitrin and HPLC fingerprints of Isatidis Radix from various habitats were different. The quality of Isatidis Radix from the same habitat was relatively stable,but some differences existed in exceptional samples.Conclusion:The method can indicate the chemical components of Isatidis Radix from various habitats and can be used as a quality control for Isatidis Radix.
