Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎的疗效观察

目的:观察Vitapex糊剂用于治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎的临床疗效.方法:选择200例乳牙根尖周炎病例,随机分为观察组(Vitapex)和对照组(氧化锌丁香油糊剂)各100例,观察根管充填后临床疗效.结果:两组根充后根尖反应程度和治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组根充反应程度(6.38％)低于对照组(10.69％),根充成功率观察组(87.94％)高于对照组(73 28％).结论:Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙根尖周炎疗效显著,治愈成功率高于传统的根充药物,是乳牙理想的根管充填材料.

Therapeutic effect of Vitapex paste on periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth

Objective:To observe the effect of Vitapex paste on deciduous teeth with chronic apical periodontitis.Methods: 200 cases of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,were randomly divided into observation group(Vitapex) and control group(zinc oxide eugenol paste).The clinical efficacy after root canal filling was observed.Results: The periapical reaction severity and therapeutic effect of two groups after root canal filling were significantly different.The reaction severity of the observation group(6.38%) was lower than that of control group(10.69%),the successful rate of root canal filling of the observation group(87.94%) was higher than that of the control group(73.28%).Conclusion: Vitapex paste on periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth has significant efficacy,and the successful rate is higher than the traditional root canal filling agents;it is the ideal of deciduous teeth root canal filling material.
