| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿癫痫及抗癫痫治疗血脂水平的变化。方法 对６０ 例癫痫患儿服药前、后血脂水平进行测定。结果 癫痫本身对血脂水平无影响；卡马西平可使血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－ Ｃ） 及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－ Ｃ） 水平升高，且随时间延长，差异更为明显；丙戊酸钠对血脂无影响。结论 小儿癫痫治疗期间应动态监测血脂水平，如血脂有动态增高趋势应密切观察，并可适当调整饮食。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the levels of serum lipid in children with epilepsy and in the children with antiepileptic therapy.Methods 60 patients' serum lipid levels were detected before and after antiepileptic drugs treatment.Results Epilepsy itself did not influence on the levels of serum lipid.In the groups receiving carbamazepine,mean total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TGS),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels were higher than that in the control group,and with the time elapsed,the differences were statistically significant.Patient receiving valproic acid had no alteration of serum lipid.Conclusion During antiepileptic therapy,serum lipid levels should be monitored,if the serum levels of TC and LDL-C increased,pay a tention to observe patient and adjust the diet immediately. |
