老年急腹症患者合并糖尿病围手术期治疗体会

目的探索老年急腹症患者合并糖尿病时围手术期处理的安全措施。方法回顾性分析濮阳市第三人民医院93例合并糖尿病的老年急腹症患者围手术期治疗经验。结果术后并发死亡3例,切口感染6例,切口裂开3例,腹腔脓肿1例,肺部感染3例,尿路感染4例。结论合理控制血糖,选择简洁有效的术式,维持重要脏器功能及内环境的稳定,合理应用抗生素,可降低急诊手术风险、减少术后并发症率。

Perioperative treatment experience of acute abdomen in aged patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore a safe technique of pefioperative management of acute abdomen combined with diabe-tes mellitus in aged patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was made in 93 cases suffered from acute abdomen combined with diabetes in aged patients. Results After operation, complications occurred as follows：death （3 cases ） , wound sepsis （6 cases） , wound dehiscence （3 cases ） , abdominal abscess （ 1 case） , postoperative pneumonia （ 3 cases ） , urinary tract infection（4 cases）. Conclusions It is important to decrease dangero of emergency surgery and complica-tions after operation by controlling blood sugar level effectively, choosing simple surgery, maintaining the stabilization of inner environment and using antibiotics properly.
