| 摘 要： | 目的介绍经皮锁定桥接钢板技术治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折，并观察其临床效果。方法采用经皮插入锁定桥接钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折61例。结果61例随访6～24个月，骨折无延迟愈合，无畸形愈合和钢板松动断裂。内固定术后无植骨52例的临床愈合时间为12～16周，植骨9例为19～24周。结论经皮锁定桥接钢板技术是治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折的有效方法，特别适合骨质疏松患者。
