| 摘 要： | 以碘液直接涂片法在全省３９个县（市）、１６４个点、８５５５３人中进行肠道寄生原虫感染的调查，查见原虫感染者１７４８２例，总感染率为２０．４％。共查见寄生原虫１１种，以贾第虫的感染率为最高（７．２％），其他原虫的感染率在０．００１％－５．６％之间。本文分析了感染率与有关因素的关系，为制定我省肠道寄生原虫病的防治计划提供了科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | A province wide investigation on human intestinal protozoa was undertaken in 164 sites of 39 counties/cities in Henan. By using Logol's solution as stain for direct fecal smears, 17 482 (20.4%) out of 85 553 people were detected to harbor protozoa. Altogether 11 species of protozoa were discovered, among which, Giardia lamblia showed the highest infection rate (7.1%), while others revealed infection rates ranging from 0.001% ( Balantidium coli ) to 5.6% ( Endolimax nana ). Age , sex , occupation and nationality based associations with protozoan infections were analysed to see their possible relationships. The investigation actually founded a base for working out control strategies aiming at protozoan infections in the province. |
