| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理干预对于ICU病重患者的心理及其生存状况的影响。方法选取本院2013年7月~2014年2月收治的ICU病重型患者220例，采用随机分组的方式将其分为干预组及对照组，每组患者110例。对照组患者实施常规型的护理方法，干预组采用综合护理干预方法。比较两组患者的SCL-90评分、SAS评分和SDS评分情况。结果在采用了相应的护理方法后，与对照组相比，干预组患者的心理及生活状况明显要优良许多，且存在的差异具有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用科学的综合护理干预方式能够对ICU病患的心理及生活基本状况起到较好的改善作用，促进其身体的尽快恢复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing on the psychological status and quality of life among the critical patient in ICU. Methods： 220 critical patients were divided randomly into the intervention group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was received by comprehensive nursing on this basis. And then to compare the score of SCL-90,SDS and SAS of patients between two groups. Results： compared with the control group, the comprehensive nursing could reduce the score of SCL-90,SDS and SAS of patients in ICU （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The result indicated the comprehensive nursing could improve psychological status and quality of life of patients in ICU and promote the recovery of them. |
