颅脑损伤血浆皮质醇水平与应激性溃疡出血的相关性探讨

目的 :探讨颅脑损伤患者血浆皮质醇水平与应激性溃疡出血的相关性。方法 :对 173例因颅脑损伤的患者监测血浆皮质醇水平 ,并对其中有消化道出血者进行急诊胃镜检查。结果 :颅脑损伤患者血浆皮质醇水平在受伤后前 3天比正常人明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,然后开始下降 ,至第 5、第 7天降至接近正常水平 (P >0 .0 5 )。应激性溃疡出血者比无出血者血浆皮质醇水平差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且与颅脑损伤程度有关 (0 .0 1

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN CORTISONE LEVEL AND STRESS GASTRIC ULCER IN PATIENTS WITH CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY

Objective:To determine the relationship between the plasma level of cortisone and stress gastric ulcer in the patients with craniocerebral injury.Methods:We detected the plasma cortisone level in 173 cases with craniocerebral injury, and examined the cases of gastric bleeding by endoscope at once.Results:The plasma level of cortisone in the patients with craniocerebral injury was higher than those in controls in first three day after injured three days first( P <0.01),then falled down,till the 5th,7th day approached normal level( P >0.05).The cortisone level in group with stress gastric ulcer accompanying bleeding was higher than those in non-bleeding group ( P <0.01),and it was related with the degree of craniocerebral injury (0.01< P <0.05).Conclusions:Stress gastric ulcer accompanying hemorrhage in craniocerebral injury may be related with higher plasma level of cortisone.
