| 摘 要： | 目的:观察复方苦参注射液及参芪扶正注射液在减轻中晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗副作用中的临床疗效。方法:治疗组28例在化疗的同时加用复方苦参注射液和参芪扶正注射液,对照组28例单用化疗。结果:治疗组在主要症状改善、近期总有效率和减轻毒性反应等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液和参芪扶正注射液确能明显减轻化疗的毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the clinical effect on compound Kushen injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection for reducing side effects of chemotherapy in treating middle or late non-parvicellular pulmonary carcinoma.Method: 28 cases in the treatment group were treated by compound Kushen injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy,28 cases in the control group were treated only by chemotherapy.Results: The improvement of common symptoms,late total effective rate and reducing side effects of chemotherapy were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: compound Kushen injection and Shenqi Fuzheng injection could obviously reduce side effects of chemotherapy. |
