大鼠心肌氮能神经形态学观察

目的:观察大鼠心脏各部心肌氮能神经元及氮能神经的形态及分布,为探讨氮能神经在心脏功能及其疾病发生发展中的作用提供形态学资料.方法:采用免疫组织化学SABC法显示大鼠心脏nNOS免疫阳性神经元及神经纤维的形态与分布.结果:在大鼠心肌内均有氮能神经元和神经纤维分布.胞体呈梭形、蝌蚪形和椭圆形等多种形状.nNOS免疫阳性神经纤维呈串珠状、条索状、细线状及不定形状,其走行多与肌纤维长轴平行.结论:心肌中氮能神经元及神经纤维的分布,提示氮能神经参与心脏生理功能和病理过程的调节.

Nitrergic nerve in myocardium of rats:Morphological observation

Objective:To observed and measure the morphology and distribution of the nitrergic neurons and nitrergic nerve in the rat myocardium so as to investigate the role of the nitrergic nerve in the heart function.Method:The nNOS immunopositive neurous and fibers were displayed by using SABC immunohistochemical technique.Results:Nitrergic neurons and nerve fibers were found in the rat myocardium,and nitrergic neurons showed various shapes such as fusiform,tadpole,oval form,ect.and their fibers showed cord,bead,thread form,ect in shape.Most nitrergic nerve fibers ran parallel to the muscle fiber long axes.Conclusion:Nitrergic nerve may participate in the regulation of heart physiologic function and pathologic process.
