颅脑外伤术后再出血相关因素研究

目的探讨颅脑外伤术后再出血的原因及防治措施。方法总结我院2001—2011年的颅脑外伤术后再出血50例患者临床资料结合文献进行回顾性分析。结果本组50例患者出院时恢复良好30例,中重度残疾7例,植物生存状态2例,自动出院5例,死亡6例,死亡率为12%。结论 脑外伤术后再出血与术中操作不规范、止血不彻底、患者凝血及血管舒缩机制障碍及围术期血压过渡不平稳等因素有关,只要及时纠正相关因素,术后动态颅脑CT复查,就能避免或降低脑外伤术后再出血,提高患者的治愈率及生存质量。

Clinical Analysis on Relevant Factors of Postoperative Hemorrhage of Craniocerebral Trauma

Objective To discuss the reasons and preventive measures of postoperative hemorrhage of craniocerebral trauma. Methods The clinical information of 50 cases with postoperative hemorrhage of craniocerebral trauma from 2001 to 2011 were retrospectively analyzed and studied. Results 30 cases had a good recovery,7 had moderate or severe disability,2 were in vegetative status,5 were automatic discharge,and 6 died.The mortality rate was 12%. Conclusion Postoperative hemorrhage of craniocerebral trauma is relevant to irregular operation,incomplete hemostasis,mechanism impediment of coagulation and vasomotion,and unstabilized transfer of blood pressure during perioperative period.We should timely rectify these factors and reexamine dynamic cranial CT after operation so as to avoid or decrease postoperative hemorrhage of craniocerebral trauma and thus improve the curative rate and living quality of patients.
