地塞米松联合消痣灵局部注射治疗血管瘤和血管畸形疗效观察

目的：观察地塞米松联合消痔灵注射治疗婴幼儿血管瘤及血管畸形的疗效。方法：收集我科2008年4月～2010年5月以地塞米松联合消痔灵注射治疗体表血管瘤、血管畸形的153例患者临床资料进行分析。结果：153例患者中,治愈116例,治愈率为75.8%,显效28例,显效率为18.2%,无效9例,无效率为6.0%。结论：地塞米松联合消痔灵局部注射治疗血管瘤及血管畸形具有疗效高、副作用少、损伤小等优点,是一种简便、安全有效的方法。

Mixed injection of Xiaozhiling with Dexamethasone in the treatment of infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation

Objective To explore a safe,efective and minimally invasive therapy of infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation with the combined injection of Xiaozhiling and Dexamethasone.Methods Apply the injection of Xiaozhiling with Dexamethasone interstitial tissue of the hemangioma and vascular malformation in 153 patients that admitted to our department from 2008 to 2010.Results The 153 patients with infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation were treated.The cure patients were 116 cases and the cure rate was 75.8%,the efective patients were 28 cases and the efective rate was 18.2%,the inefective patients were 9 cases and the inefective rate was 6.0%.Conclusion The injection of Xiaozhiling with Dexamethasone in treating infantile hemangioma and vascular malformation can well control the growth of the lesion.It is a safe,efective therapy with less complications.
