壳聚糖中药面膜的研制

目的：研制具有抗菌、美白、保湿功能的壳聚糖中药面膜。方法：以白芷、黄芩、栀子、金银花、蒲公英提取液为中药原料,以壳聚糖为配伍成分,羧甲基纤维素钠和明胶为成膜物质,对面膜配方及中药加入方式进行优化。结果：确定面膜制备的最佳配方为,3%的壳聚糖溶胶30ml,1%羧甲基纤维素钠和1%明胶组成的复合溶胶20ml,8%的白芷提取液2ml,8%黄芩、栀子、金银花、蒲公英混合提取液8ml。结论：该面膜经初步试用具有一定保湿、美白和抗菌功能,可用于日常皮肤护理。

Research on the Mask of Chitosan mixed with Chinese traditional medicine

Objective To develop a new traditional Chinese medicine mask which possesses fungus resistance,whitening and moisturizing functions.Methods The new mask was prepared with chitosan and five kinds of Chinese traditional medicine of Radix Angelicae,Radix Scutellariae,Fructus Gardeniae,Honeysuckle and Herba Taraxaci as raw materials and CMC and gelatin as membranous materials.The compositions and ratio of the mask were optimized.The ways of mixing these five Chinese traditional medicine with chitosan-CMC-gelatin sol were studied.Results the optimized formula was obtained.That is 30ml of 3% chitosan,20 ml of compound sol made of 1% CMC and 1% gelatin,2ml of 8% extraction of radix angelicae,8ml of 8% extraction of the mixtures of fradix scutellariae,fructus gardeniae,honeysuckle and herba taraxaci.Conclusion The optimal formulation is provided and the effect of application is fine.
