| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑片的溶出度。方法高效液相色谱法外标法，以C18化学键和硅胶为固定相，以0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液（用磷酸调节pH值至3.5）-甲醇（80∶20）为流动相，检测波长310nm，柱温30℃，流速1.0ml/min。结果替硝唑在线性范围60～180μg /ml内与峰面积有良好的线性关系（r＝0.9986）平均回收率99.28%。结论实验证明此方法简便并能准确测定替硝唑片的溶出度。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for dissolution of tinidazole tablets. Methods C18 column（4.6mm＆#215;15mm,5μm） was used with a mobile phase composed of0.05mol？l-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution （Ph value adjusted to 3.5 with phosphoric acid）-methanol（80∶20） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml？min-1 .The detection wavelength was 310 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.Results The calibration curve of tinidazole was linear in the range of 60~180μg？ml-1（r=0.9986）. The average recovery was 99.28% with an RSD of 0.3%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is accurate reliable and can be used for the dissolution of tinidazole tablets. |
