| 摘 要： | 目的:制备复方苦味叶下珠胶囊并建立其质量控制方法。方法:方中药物成分的提取,苦味叶下珠采用醇提法,黄芪和甘草采用水煎煮法;用薄层色谱法鉴别苦味叶下珠,薄层扫描法测定甘草中甘草酸单铵盐的含量。结果:甘草酸单胺盐线性范围为2. 08μg～6 24μg ,加样回收率为99. 13 % ,RSD=0 .71 %。结论:制备工艺简单,质控方法可行。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare the compound Kuweiyexiazhu capsules and establish the quality control method.METHODS:Extract of Phyllanthus amarus Linn in ethanol,Astragalus and Glycyrrhiza in water were mixed completely to prepare the capsule.TLC was used for identification of Phyllanthus amarus Linn,TLC-scanning was used to determin the content in glycyrrhiza.RESULTS:The linear range of glycyrrhizin ammonium salt was2.08μg～6.24μg and average recovery rate was99.13%,RSD=0.71%.The results of clinical showed that this preparation was effective.CONCLU-SION:The preparation technic of the capsule is simple and able to control the quality of the capsule,it is worth popular-izing. |
