| 防治中风偏瘫患者肩关节不全脱位的早期康复 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用神经发育促进技术中的一些方法，对１１例不同时期的中风偏瘫患者进行防治肩关节不全脱位的治疗。结果显示，８例患病在３周至３月内开始接受治疗者，效果显著。３例超过半年以上病程者，无效。说明用促进技术中的一些方法，早期防治偏瘫患者肩关节不全脱位是有一定疗效的。 |

| Abstract: | Shoulder subluxation is a common cause related to painful shoulder of hemiplegic petients, which preceedingly affects the whole treatment process of these patients. There is the key to prevent this problem by early taking adequate rehabilitative measures. This article discusses 11 cases of shoulder subluxations in different stages and their parctical managemant. |
