| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨提高腹主动脉瘤手术安全性的方法。方法：1999年12月-2005年3月36例腹主动脉瘤中，35例行腹主动脉瘤切除人工血管移植，1例行腹主动脉瘤腔内修复术。结果：36例患者除1例死亡．余35例均获临床治愈。无手术并发症。结论：动脉瘤近端血流控制，动脉瘤切除及缝合修补和腔内修复等方法的更新可明显降低手术危险性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study how to improve the safety of the operation for abdominal aneurysm. Methods In 36 patients with abdominal aneurysm, 35 received resection of abdominal aneurysm plus artificial blood vessel transplantation, 1 received intracavitary repair. Results In these 36 cases, 35 were cured and 1 died. No complications occurred. Conclusion The reform of the techniques of the controlling of blood flow near aneurysm, the suture and repair, and intracavitary impair reduces the risk of operation. |
