肝素与低分子肝素治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效和安全性

目的:对利用普通肝素和低分子肝素对患有急性冠脉综合征的患者进行治疗的临床效果和安全性进行比较研究。方法:抽取94例患有急性冠脉综合征的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组47例。A组患者采用普通肝素进行治疗;B组患者采用低分子肝素进行治疗。结果:B组患者在治疗后的总体有效率明显高于A组患者;该组患者治疗后的心电图改善情况明显优于A组患者;该组患者治疗过程中出现药物原因导致不良反应的人数明显少于A组患者;该组患者在治疗后症状的复发率明显低于A组患者。结论:利用低分子肝素对患有急性冠脉综合征的患者进行治疗的临床效果非常理想。

The Efficacy and Safety of Heparin and Low Molecular Weight Heparin in the Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective:Acomparative study on the clinical efficacy and safety of unfractionated heparin and low molecular weight heparin for treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome.Methods:94 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with acute coronary syndrome cases extracted,will be divided into two groups(A,B),an average of 47 cases in each group.Group A were treated with unfractionated heparin for treatment;Group B were treated with low molecular weight heparin for treatment.Results:Group B patients after treatment,the overall efficiency significantly higher than in group A patients;ECG in this group of patients after treatment was significantly better than patients in group A;this group of patients the course of treatment,the number of drug causes adverse reactions was significantly less than in group A patients;this group of patients in the recurrence of symptoms after treatment was significantly lower than in group A patients.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the use of low molecular weight heparin for treatment of patients with acute coronary syndrome is very satisfactory.
