MTX和米非司酮联合治疗异位妊娠的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察MTX联合米非司酮治疗异住妊娠的疗效。方法:将本院2006年1月~2007年11月间收治的54例异位妊娠患者随机分为对照组26例和观察组28例。对照组给予一次性肌肉注射MTX治疗,观察组在给予一次性肌肉注射MTX治疗基础上,同时加服米非司酮,共服3d,比较两组患者治疗疗效。结果:观察组治疗成功率较对照组明显提高,用药后血B-HCG、盆腔包块改变显著,两组比较差异显著P<0.05。两组不良反应发生率比较差异不明显P>0.05,经对症处理后均明显好转。结论:MTX联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠可提高成功率,且不加重不良反应,明显优于单纯使用甲氨蝶呤。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the efficacy of the treatment of MTX combined mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Randomly divided 54 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to our hospital from Jan 2006-Nov 2007 into the controlgroup 26 cases and the observation group 28 cases.The control group was given a one-time intramuscular MTX for treatment,on the basistreatment of a one-time intramuscular MTX,at the same time the observation group was plus mifepristone,total 3d for taking,comparedthe treatment efficacy of two group of patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment success rate of the observation groupwas significantly improved,blood B-HCG,pelvic mass change significantly after treatment,there were significant differences betweenthe two groups P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions compared two groups was not significantly different P>0.05,after symptomatictreatment were significantly improved.Conclusion:The treatment of MTX combined mifepristone for ectopic pregnancy can improve thesuccess rate,and not aggravate the adverse reactions,is better than simple using methotrexate.
